A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We will move your site(s) to our avant–garde cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping hosting providers can result in lost info and undesirable downtime. Because of this, we’ll do all that for you for free!We have skillful administrators whose sole responsibility is to make sure that your site performs precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known web applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact ETA, because there are lots of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our best to transfer your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the content is not very large).

A: Yup. We’ll require the name of the website that you’d like us to move. We’ll also need a way to log in to your current web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your site.

A: Customer privacy is truly one of our top responsibilities – that is why, both our payment page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–level digital certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative procedures to secure the data that we obtain online. And we also have a very detailed and strict Privacy Policy, which describes the types of information that we collect.

A: While we move your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. Once the migration is finished, we’ll ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your content is not affected before informing you that the migration is done. After that, we’ll explain to you how to move the domain to your hosting account with us and how to change your DNS records.

A: No. We’ll never contact your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all traditional Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.We also don’t support proprietary website creation and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
